It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value, and any other determinative factor. Description and photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. HGWTllc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not have been called out. PAYMENT: All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. Pick up is from noon until 6 on Thursday, May 16th at the NEW shop: 1 Hawks Nest Plaza, St. Charles, MO 63303. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids. We will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER. Shipping will be handled by Goin Postal in Warrenton, MO (636-456-1853). They will pick up packages from Peanut Gallery on Tuesday, May 21st and will call or email you for payment. If you do not contact us VIA EMAIL with your shipping request by end of business on pick up day, your items will not be sent with the courier.
