Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not have been called out. PAYMENT: All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. This is an online auction to help a collector liquidate part of their collection of sports memorabilia. We do not claim to be experts in this field of collecting, we are presenting the items we receive as accurately as possible. When in doubt, use your best judgement. The seller is a reputable member of the sports memorabilia community. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:00 on Tuesday, May 21st with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from noon until 6 on Thursday, May 23rd at the new shop. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids. They will pick up packages from Peanut Gallery on Tuesday, May 28th and will call or email you for payment. If you do not contact us with your shipping request VIA EMAIL by end of business on pick up day, your items will not be sent with the courier.
