Units must be completely emptied within 48 business hours of close of auction. Dumpster's not available on site or the use of re-use center. Nothing should be left behind in the unit purchased, or a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. If Unit is not emptied in noted timeframe you will be obligated to pay a full month of storage. We do not prorate the rent. If you chose to rent the unit you must contact location to complete a contract in your name. Free Month of Storage offer does not apply to auctioned units. No Checks will be accepted. Cash or Credit Cards only will be accepted at the location. U-Haul Team Members, family members or friends (living with team member) cannot bid or buy units up for auction at U-Haul owned facility.
