PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - AUCTION TERMS: Once a bid is placed this bid cannot be removed. All bids are final. All sales are final with absolutely no refunds or exchanges allowed for ANY REASON. All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Bidder must be at least 18 years old to bid.
The winning bidder is responsible for full payment and pickup of items. A 10% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by cash or check (No out of State Checks Please) and picked up on the scheduled pickup day(s). A 15% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by CC or that do not or cannot get picked up by close of business on the pickup day and any item needing shipped, the winning bidders credit card (Visa and Mastercard ONLY) will be charged for the full invoice total and any shipping fees that may apply. All winning bidders must pickup their items .
All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax id number is provided or the item is being shipped out of PA. This is a timed auction but please note the Auto-Extend Feature is enabled which will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last minute from the last recorded bid time, even if the the ending time has been reached. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'LIVE' auction.

There are three vehicles. All three will be auctioned live immediately following auction pick up on July 14th. The three vehicles are as follows: One 2000 Honda Odyssey Mini-Van One 2005 Honda Element SUV.
You may inspect the vehicles prior to bidding. You may start the vehicles with supervision prior to bidding. You may not test drive the vehicles due to liability reasons. Please read the following in relation to the vehicles:
Cars will be sold July 14, 2018 at 4:30 PM Buyer's premium on vehicles will be 7% Winning bidder(s) must place a non-refundable deposit of $500 cash on at the end of the auction. This deposit will be deducted from winning bidder's total invoice amount. Title will be transferred by estate or estate attorney within 15 days of purchase. Balance of invoice will be due at this time. All vehicles have clean titles. Vehicles may not be removed from the property until title transfer is complete. Vehicles must be towed from property Vehicles are as-is where is. We make no guarantees or warranties. Buyer understands he/she is responsible for all taxes and transfer fees.
We will provide vehicle VINs should you wish to obtain a Carfax, however, we will not provide one for you.
There will be addtional items after the cars are sold.
