All items sell AS-IS with no warranties of any kind.
All buyers understand that items remaining on the lot after the auction are being left at the owners risk and that Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. will not be responsible for their security, safety or location. All items are subject to bidder/ buyer verification- all buyers understand that any information given via catalog or verbal representation should be confirmed by the buyer and do not in any way constitute a warranty, guarantee or in any way hold the Auction Company liable for what they may or may not be. All items are subject to a 5% buyers premium onsite or 8% online. All loading/ un-loading will be performed as assistance only and is not included as part of normal service. Any damage to an item in the loading & unloading process will be considered the fault of the owner of the property and NOT Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. or its owners or its employees. All bidders/ buyers agree that they are liable for full payment of all items purchased on their buyers numbers. Auctioneer will settle all disputes and his word will be final. All announcements made on auction day will take precedence over any previously printed or spoken data. Any item may be removed from the auction without notice.
Shipping: All shipping is the buyers responsibility. Martin Auction will assist with arranging for the shipping of items that a buyer is note able to pick up on auction day. Shipping costs and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Guns: All gun laws will be followed with the sale of these items. Anyone wishing to purchase guns MUST have a valid FFL or FOID card when they inspect or bid on the guns.
The FFL dealer we are working with charges $20.00 per gun for the paperwork needed to complete the transaction; this FFL is located just outside of Bloomington, Illinois and is the pickup location for any guns not sold to a valid FFL holder. This fee is in addition to the cost of the gun or the buyer premium.
Any online bidder wishing to purchase a gun must send us a copy of their valid FFL or FOID card before online bidding on those items is allowed.
