Auction Rules
1. All Bidders must sign in; placing false information on the Auction address log may result in the cancellation of your bid.
2. A $25.00 Cash Deposit is required for each unit you purchase.
3. You must pay your Bid price, Deposit and surcharge if any, immediately following the end of the Auction. Nothing goes in our out of the unit until your payment is made.
4. Your deposit will be refunded once the unit is cleaned out in the time allocated to Broom Swept Condition. If you purchase multiple units deposits will be refunded after All units are clean.
5. There is NO Dumpster Use on Site.
6. All Payments for Units and Deposits are to be in Cash. You may pay with a Credit or Debit card with a 5% surcharge added. With the Owners acceptance.
7. Any unit not cleaned to broom swept condition in the time allocated will result in the loss of all items in that unit and your deposit on all of your units. The buyer will be billed all cleaning costs and disposal costs with a minimum fee of $50.00. Additionally you will not be allowed to attend any future Auctions.
8. Buyers will have access to the facility only during normal business hours. Monday thru Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:30am to 3:30 pm to vacate there units. No Gate Codes will be issued. No exceptions.
9. Personal locks must be placed on the units by the winning bidders immediately.
10. No children or pets allowed on the property
11. All advertised units might not be available the day of the sale.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
