Auction Terms and Conditions -
All sales final, as is, where is. No warrantees, expressed or implied.
Payment terms are cash, PayPal, credit /debit card.
Invoices are required to be paid in full within two days of the end of each auction.
Once merchandise is paid for and picked up, buyer assumes all responsibility for merchandise, including its safe transportation and use.
Siskiyou Auctions is relieved of ALL responsibility of each item once it is paid for and leaves the auction site.
No items will be removed from auction site before payment is made in full.
Buyer premium will be added to each winning bid unless noted at check in or registration for each auction.
Buyer premium will be posted before each auction and bidders will be required to accept buyer premium terms and conditions before being allowed to bid.
California residents pay 7.25% sales tax unless they provide a valid copy of their resale certificate.
Careful inspection is recommended before bidding. Preview times will be provided for inspection before or during each auction.
Bring help to load heavy or bulky items if you can. Equipment may be available to load extra heavy items, unless stated otherwise.
Siskiyou Auctions is not responsible for securing loads and is not responsible for items or loads once they leave the auction site.

Wednesday January 24 Auction - - 8:00 PM Soft Close 2 6 Cardboard Goose Decoys w/5 Stands Good cabin decor. Heads are adjustable. Authentic wear. 5 Yellow Tractor Seat and Green Pulley Block Seat most likely for a mower. 7 Vintage EVINRUDE Boat Motor Did not try to start. Motor turns. Clean inside. 8 Metal Tackle Box with Reel, Tackle, Pliers Some new tackle, line, lures, lead. 10 New in Box Radio/Tape Player and Tapes Tested - Works Tapes are used. 12 Antique Hand Powered Auger Needs some tuning. There is a crack in the casting above the auger mechanism. 15 Knives with Bag All foreign made knives but decent shape. 18 Tools - 1/2 Drive Milwaukee Drill, Axe Heads etc.. Drill powers up. 24 New in Box Electric Weed Eater Tested - Works 25 Bone China Decor - Lily - 48 pcs. 8 boxes of 6. Have hole for creating realistic china flower arrangements. 26 Ward's Portable Sewing Machine + Box of Patterns Machine works. Did a test run. 27 Decorative Floral Pots Good heavy pots. 28 Vintage American Vise Half - Anvil Base Has lip on bottom and holes to bolt to a bench. 31 Hamilton Beach -700 W Microwave Clean - Works 34 Outdoor Light Box, 2 Sets of Icicle Lights All new in boxes. Lights tested. 35 Craftsman Garden Tractor Cart Flat tires, of course. A little oxidation. 36 Large Vintage Happy Meal Lot Little to no wear and tear.
