RESERVE PRICE: $175,000.00 BUYER’S PREMIUM: 5% Buyer’s Premium – The 5% will be added to the high bid to determine the Contract Sales Price. CONTRACT AND PAYMENT TERMS: Immediately following the ending of the Auction, the Auction Company will email a Sales Contract to the successful bidder. The successful bidder will be required to sign the Sales Contract and return it within 24 hours of receiving the Contract. The successful bidder(s) will also be required to submit their Earnest Money Deposit within 48 hours of the close of the Auction. Earnest Money Deposit: $20,000.00 PAYMENT: Payment will be accepted by Cash, Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, or Visa/MasterCard/ Discover. Bidders paying with a credit card will be charged an additional 3% surcharge, in addition to the Buyer’s Premium.
