Welcome to the BuggyBusters Auction. This is a Silent Bid Auction, before placing bids Customer must agree on the following terms and conditions: 1. All Bidders must be at least 18 years of age. 2. Those who participate in the Auction must sign in. 3. Once bids are submitted, bidder has until the end of the Auction to change his or hers bid. Once the Auction is completed all bids are FINAL. 4. The minimum bid is $10. All bids must be made in dollar amounts( example $10, $20, $31 ect) 5. All items on winning pallet must be taken. Bidder is allowed to leave empty pallet behind (all trash, cardboard must be taken or disposed of before leaving premises). Please Make sure ALL items are picked up by 5pm Friday. 15% of the highest bid or $25(Whichever is highest) penalty fee will added for any items left behind. 6. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Auction Area. 7. BuggyBusters reserves the right to withdraw the offer to sell the merchandise before or after bids is submitted. 8. In case of a tie bid, the bidder who submitted the bid 1st will be the awarded the item. 9. All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly. 10. Any bidders who fail to pay or pick-up merchandise will be suspended from the Auction: 1st offense: 30 day suspension 2nd offense: 60 day suspension 3rd offense: Ban from All Future Auctions.
