Auction Terms & Conditions: Bidding Notice: Must Have a Valid FOID Card to Bid on Firearms or ammunition. Checkout will comply with ALL State and Federal Laws and Timelines including proper background check. GUNS Gun buyers must go to Monster Gun 2324 S. MacArthur, Springfield, Il at the conclusion of the auction and sign a transfer. Gun transfer fees are $10.00 (per gun) for all military. Gun transfer fees are $20.00 (per gun) for all other persons. Gun transfer forms can be completed Tuesday November 24, 2020 at Monster Arms 2326 S. MacArthur Blvd., Springfield, Il 62704. Guns can be picked up upon completion of background check. After successful background check, Monster Arms will advise winning bidder of specific pickup time. (Most are 72 hours some can be longer). All gun inquiries should be directed to Monster Arms at 217-679-1980. ALL OTHER ITEMS can be picked up NOVEMBER 27, 2020 FRIDAY FROM 3:00p.m. THRU 6:00p.m. at the Lee Gaule Auction Center 5040 Gaule Road, Springfield, Illinois. You will be required to show a valid FOID card for ammunition. Out of state gun buyers Firearms capable of firing modern ammunition will be required to ship to a licensed FFL dealer. Contact Monster Arms at 217-679-1980 for details pertaining to "Out of State" gun buyers. FIREARMS LAWS. All post 1898 firearms must be registered in compliance with federal and Illinois state law. Purchasers of post 1898 firearms must complete state and federal registrations forms at Monster Gun 2324 S. MacArthur, Springfield, Il 62704 unless otherwise specified. Contact Monster Arms at 217-679-1980 with any questions. After completing registration forms a 3-day waiting period is mandatory for modern handguns and modern long arms. Dealers and out-of-state purchasers must have in their possession, signed copies of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) in order to accept same-day delivery of modern weapons. Purchasers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency as well as a signed copy of the dealer's FFL. Gaule Auction makes no warranties or representations whatsoever and no employee or consultant of Gaule Auction has the authority to do otherwise, concerning the operation of firing condition, fitness for use, safety to store, or reliability, of any firearm, ammunition, or parts. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased is entirely at the user's risk. We strongly recommend that all weapons, ammunition, etc. purchased at auction be examined by a competent gunsmith. Gaule Auction expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the storage or subsequent use of any purchase. Gaule Auction uses a third-party software for online auctions. The auction company nor the software provider will be responsible for any interruption in service, errors, caused by any means including power failures or website outages. This auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final as is the case in a live auction. IMPORTANT NOTE: When you register for your account you are assigned a unique username and password. You are responsible for bids made on your account. An online bid is a legally binding contract. Final bids made from your account ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION ONLINE: Payment Instructions Cards will be charged following the auction. Charges will include final bid price and a buyer's premiums of 10%. Any bidders with cards that are declined on reconciliation day a $35 dollar processing fee will be charged to run another credit card. Everything is sold "as is" and all sales are final. Bidders hereby waive their right to initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card for any reason. This auction is a soft close auction which means it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 7:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes. Other items may be closing or closed at this same time. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding. Another bidder has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically inject your bid in the next increment, continually after being outbid, until it reaches your maximum bid amount. However, if there is no Internet outage nor service interruption, then we will consider "closed" to mean "Sold!". Auction Terms & Conditions: Bidding Notice: Must Have a Valid FOID Card to Bid on Firearms or ammunition. Checkout will comply with ALL State and Federal Laws and Timelines including proper background check. GUNS Gun buyers must go to Monster Gun 2324 S. MacArthur, Springfield, Il at the conclusion of the auction and sign a transfer. Gun transfer fees are $10.00 (per gun) for all military. Gun transfer fees are $20.00 (per gun) for all other persons. Gun transfer forms can be completed Tuesday November 24, 2020 at Monster Arms 2326 S. MacArthur Blvd., Springfield, Il 62704. Guns can be picked up upon completion of background check. After successful background check, Monster Arms will advise winning bidder of specific pickup time. (Most are 72 hours some can be longer). ALL OTHER ITEMS can be picked up NOVEMBER 27, 2020 FRIDAY FROM 3:00p.m. THRU 6:00p.m. at the Lee Gaule Auction Center 5040 Gaule Road, Springfield, Illinois. You will be required to show a valid FOID card for ammunition. Out of state gun buyers Firearms capable of firing modern ammunition will be required to ship to a licensed FFL dealer. Contact Monster Arms at 217-679-1980 for details pertaining to "Out of State" gun buyers. FIREARMS LAWS. All post 1898 firearms must be registered in compliance with federal and Illinois state law. Purchasers of post 1898 firearms must complete state and federal registrations forms at Monster Gun 2324 S. MacArthur, Springfield, Il 62704 unless otherwise specified. Contact Monster Arms at 217-679-1980 with any questions. After completing registration forms a 3-day waiting period is mandatory for modern handguns and modern long arms. Dealers and out-of-state purchasers must have in their possession, signed copies of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) in order to accept same-day delivery of modern weapons. Purchasers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency as well as a signed copy of the dealer's FFL. Gaule Auction makes no warranties or representations whatsoever and no employee or consultant of Gaule Auction has the authority to do otherwise, concerning the operation of firing condition, fitness for use, safety to store, or reliability, of any firearm, ammunition, or parts. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased is entirely at the user's risk. We strongly recommend that all weapons, ammunition, etc. purchased at auction be examined by a competent gunsmith. Gaule Auction expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the storage or subsequent use of any purchase. Gaule Auction uses a third-party software for online auctions. The auction company nor the software provider will be responsible for any interruption in service, errors, caused by any means including power failures or website outages. This auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final as is the case in a live auction. IMPORTANT NOTE: When you register for your account you are assigned a unique username and password. You are responsible for bids made on your account. An online bid is a legally binding contract. If you feel your account has been compromised, it is your responsibility to contact Gaule Auctioneers immediately to suspend your account. Final bids made from your account ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION ONLINE: Payment Instructions Cards will be charged following the auction. Charges will include final bid price and a buyer's premiums of 10%. Any bidders with cards that are declined on reconciliation day a $35 dollar processing fee will be charged to run another credit card. Everything is sold "as is" and all sales are final. Bidders hereby waive their right to initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card for any reason. This auction is a soft close auction which means it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 7:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes. Other items may be closing or closed at this same time. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding. Another bidder has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically inject your bid in the next increment, continually after being outbid, until it reaches your maximum bid amount. "This online-only auction doesn't behave nor conform to a live auction which you might be accustom to if after we say your lot has closed there is an Internet problem, we will reopen your lot for further bidding. However, if there is no Internet outage nor service interruption, then we will consider "closed" to mean "Sold!". All persons attending the exhibition, sale, or removal of merchandise assume all risk of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Gaule Auction Service from liability.
