Auction Terms & Conditions You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% for all purchases paid for by credit cards along with the 5% fee for using a credit card. In summary, 15% will be added to your total for all online bidders.
Floor bidders will also have a 5% fee for credit card use.
If an item is not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, the buyer's credit card charges will still apply as ALL online bidders are charged automatically at the end of the auction.
All items must be picked up within 14-18 days of the completion of the auction or the items will become the property of Bullock's Bid 'N Buy even after the items have been paid for by Credit Card.
Please Understand that you must have your items removed from the property by August 5, 2020. So make those arrangements EARLY, because the property is also being sold at auction!!! It is in your best interest to remove your items promptly from the auction site, because at the drop of the hammer it becomes your responsibilty as the owner. Bullock's Bid 'N Buy is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.
