4. Payments accepted by auction representative are: Cash, Check, Cashiers Check, Credit Card..Auction representative reserves the right to request specific forms of payment from any bidder.
5. All items must be removed from sale site and/or Shipped within 48 hrs of Auction end..NO EXCEPTIONS
6. ALL Shipping is to be paid upon demand..any additional storage is at the buyers' expense
7. All purchases will be charged a 10% buyers'premium
8. ALL credit card purchases will be assesed a convenience fee of 4% of Total Auction Company prefers, checks, and cash payments.
9. First lot begins closing at 7pm MDST on JUNE 13...all "soft close" endings. ALL bidders have limited oppurtunity (3 MINUTES) to bid again if they are OUT BID IN final seconds. This prevents "sniping bids" software from beating your bids.
