We are required by State Law to collect state and local taxes on all auction purchases. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Fork lift service up to 5,000 pounds will be available on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 only, for a fee of $25 per lift. For everyone's safety, no other fork lifts will be allowed on the property. This fee is charged in order to rent, transport, and operate the fork lift for our customers. Although one might think this is a lucrative endeavor, it is not! Do the math! We will not provide lifting equipment for the chemical dock equipment. The buyer must make arrangements to load the chemical dock and all of its components.
