There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium on all items. All items shall therefore be deemed sold "as is, with all faults, with no manufacturer or seller's warranties. "ALL SALES SHALL BE WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS OR FLAWS UNDER LOUISIANA LAW OF REDHIBITION, WHETHER FOR REDUCTION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OR RESCISSION, EVEN AS TO A RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE." The Buyer agrees to take the item(s) in their "as is" condition with all their faults. All descriptions are believed to be correct, however it is the Buyer's responsibility to closely examine the items and make a final determination as to the descriptions. Buyer assumes all responsibility and risks of errors caused in describing the items. An appointment is required in order to pickup your merchandise. Due to the COVID-19 safe distancing guidelines, appointments will be scattered out every 10 minutes. All bidders are required to have a face mask on at all times during pickup (No Exceptions). There will only be two pickup days for this auction, which are Monday, May 18th and Tuesday May 19th from 9am to 5pm. It is strongly advised that customers hire a stone or granite company to move their items as moving these heavy items can be dangerous and even deadly, not to mention the fact that they can easily be broken or damaged while transporting without the proper equipment. Payment will be required on the day of the auction via credit card, debit card, or cash. Those paying by credit card or debit card will be charged a 3% surcharge. Those wishing to pay by bank wire will not be allowed to pickup until all funds are received. All bank wires must be received by noon on Monday, May 18, 2020 at 12pm. The Auctioneer will assume the buyer is paying with a credit card or debit card and will automatically charge the card on file on the day of the auction (May 16, 2020) at 12pm unless the Buyer appears in person at the LAWLER AUCTION FACILITY to pay with an alternate payment method. However, please remember to make an appointment prior to arrival for payment or for pickup. We will NOT be offering shipping for this auction. We strongly advise all customers to contact a granite or stone company to pick up their items as moving these items can not only be dangerous and deadly, these items can be easily damaged without the proper moving equipment.

We have been commissioned by Louisiana Stone Fabricators to liquidate their inventory to the highest bidder. This will include all of their granite and stone slabs, remnents, etc. The auction is set to close on Saturday, May 16, 2020 beginning at 9am via an internet only auction. Pickup for this auction will be by appointment only on Monday, May 18, 2020 and Tuesday, May 19, 2020.
