There is a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid amount, which is due and payable by the winning bidder on the day of the auction. The Buyer's Premium must be paid on the day of the auction in the form of a bank wire. The balance will be due at the time of closing, not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the auction. Buyer agrees to deliver an insurable title at the time of closing. Closing costs are to be paid by the Purchaser. Property taxes for the year 2020 will be pro-rated. M & M Title Company in Shreveport facilitated the Seller when purchasing this property therefore they would probably be at an advantage of closing swiftly after the auction. The Auction Company is NOT a licensed realtor and therefore we cannot give advice on the suitability of any property.
