There is a 15% Buyer's Premium on all items. Payment is due on the day of the auction. The credit card on file will automatically be charged immediately following the auction and a 3% credit card surcharge will apply. If the customer wishes to pay with cash or bank wire, the Customer must notify Lawler Auctions prior to the close of the auction by email at danny@lawlerauction.com. The auction is set to begin closing on Friday, January 10, 2020 beginning at 2pm, beginning with Lot # 1, and with each subsequent lot closing approximately 10 seconds behind the other. Sniper protection has been enabled so if there is a last minute bid placed, the bidding on that particular lot will be extended for approxiamtely two minutes, giving the other bidders an opportunity to increase their bids. Due to the fact that there will be so many lots closing quickly, we recommend that you place your MAXIMUM bid, and then the system will bid automatically on your behalf up to the maximum bid in increments. Other bidders will not be able to see your maximum bid unless the bidding reaches the maximum bid. A preview and inspection day will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 9am to 5pm, when potential bidders will be allowed to enter the restaurant and check out the items up for auction. All items are being sold "as is" where is without warranty or guarantee, therefore all bidders are encouraged to inspect all items before placing a bid. Pickup of all items will be on Monday, January 13, 2020, from 9am to 5pm. However we realize that the range and some of the larger items may require additional time. That contact information will be provided to the winning bidders of the large range and some of the long refrigerated items. Most, if not all, of the refrigerated units have the compressors mounted on the roof. The Seller has plans to disconnect the compressors of all units, and have them down on the floor by the pickup date. Our plan is to have the compressors disconnected between the preview date and the pickup date.

We have been commissioned to liquidate the movable assets of Wine Country, an upscale Shreveport restaurant that recently closed. This restaurant featured a full service European style kitchen that the equipment alone was estimated to have cost well into the millions of dollars.
