We charge a 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax to everyone except those who have a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption number, and those bidders must fill out a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Form and provide us with a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate. Items shipped out of state are not subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax. If you choose to pay using LiveAuctioneer's Payment Processing you will be charged a payment processing fee of 2.8%. SHIPPING: Stephenson's Auction offers limited in house shipping. We do not ship internationally. Shipping must be arranged within 10 days of the auction. We will ship items that can fit within a Small Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. We do not provide shipping for any item which will not safely fit in a small flat rate box.
