In the case of Two Equal Absentee Bids, the Absentee Bid that is entered into the Auction Program First will be the Winner - Therefore, it is recommended that you leave absentee bids online and EARLY, if possible. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. In the event of a discrepancy, technical glitch, missed bid, missed absentee bid, or any other circumstance, the auctioneer's decision on who is the winning bidder is final. Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for missed bids, internet outages, or anything else that might cause a bidder (internet, absentee or live bidding) to lose an item at auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures, or for any other reason.
