You may also call our office to arrange payment by direct wire transfer with a $15 surcharge, prior to pickup. No credit card chargebacks are allowed! Due diligence is the responsibility of the Bidder/Buyer. All sales are final! Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale – that is when the bidding ends on our website and you are the high bidder. Soldasap, LLC will charge hammer price, buyer’s premium, any hauling/handling charges, applicable taxes, and a 3.8% convenience fee to the credit card that you submit at time of registration up to $1500 if payment has not been received by the end of Pickup! $25 late fee plus $20 an hour. If not picked up within 5 days, it will be considered abandoned and will be resold in future auctions. But it is impossible to inspect every item with a fine tooth comb. * PICK UP TIME REMOVAL: The Pickup Time Removal Schedule is available, and can be found on the Auction Listing Tab on the Auction Page, and MUST BE adhered to specifically. Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY through SignUpGenius. We are using a new system. Any bid placed by a Bidder should be based on their ability to comply with the pickup schedule as listed. Buyers MUST pickup these items and provide any additional personnel or equipment required to move the item. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP THE ITEM DURING THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME --- DO NOT BID! Buyer is responsible for providing the supplies, boxes, packing material, tools, equipment, etc. necessary, as well as the physical labor for dismantling, rigging, crating, loading, and hauling at their own expense.
