Bidders are encouraged to personally inspect all items prior to bidding. 2. A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the high bid, the total being the purchase price. Sales tax will not be charged; you will pay sales tax at DMV when you register the camper. 3. Payment is due via cashier’s check or wire transfer on the first day following the conclusion of the auction. Contact Auction Company for details. Beginning at 7:00 PM on WEDNESDAY, May 22, 2024, the auction will begin to close. This is to allow fair time for all bidders to respond to a change in the bidding before time expires. Additionally, items may have staggered ending times. All decisions of the auctioneer are final as to methods of bidding, disputes among bidders, acceptable bidding increments and other matters that may arise before, during, or after the auction. Parties agree that any claim or controversy arising out of this contract shall be resolved by arbitration, which will be final and binding. The prevailing party will be entitled to collect from the other its costs associated with the arbitration, including attorney's fees.
