If you have been approved to bid on vehicles in the past, log in and click on the "Get approved to bid" button one time. Log in and do this early, once the auction begins to close, there is no guarantee we can get you in.

Preview appointments 
  Available by Appointment weekdays, May 8, 9, 10, 13 from 9am - 3:30pm.
Saturday, May 11 at 9:00am, no appointment necessary. Opens at 9am and closes by 10:45 am or sooner if there is no one on the lot.

High Bidder- Call our office on Wed, May 20
between 8:30am - 3:30 pm to schedule your appointment (360) 876-0236
It is the high bidders responsibility to call us, even if you are putting the vehicle into another's name.
The high bidder is ultimately responsible for payment in full. 

  • Appointments available Thurs., May 21 and  Friday, May 22 from 8:30am - 3:30pm.
  • A few appointments are available Sat., May 23 from 9am-10:45 am.

Out-of-State Bidders
If the plan is to transport a vehicle out of state, you will need to call and verify that we have the actual title and not a Washington State release of interest (ROI). Otherwise, the vehicle must be processed in Washington with taxes and title transfer fees paid. Washington State requires, before passing title, we will need a copy of your driver's license and one other state ID or utility bill with matching address. The vehicle will need to be trailered out or you will need to purchase a 3-day move permit, this cost $33. Call our office before requesting to bid.

Additions, deletions or corrections may be made before auction start.
