All items are sold �AS IS, WHERE IS� with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Lilly�s attempts to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. We recommend prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. If you are purchasing a firearm that requires an FFL or C&R and you do not have one, we can transfer the gun to a firearms dealer of your choice. We will transfer and ship the firearm to them, and they will then transfer it to you. Any charges for this service (which may include a background check) are between you and the dealer. If you come to Lilly�s in person to pick up your purchase(s), we can transfer a long gun to you directly. Handguns can only be transferred to North Carolina residents. ATF form 4473 will be filled out for all Firearms, unless Transferring to another FFL Dealer. If purchasing a Handgun you must have a permit to purchase a Handgun from your county in North Carolina or a Conceal Carry Permit from North Carolina. All others must have there handguns shipped to a FFL Dealer. If you purchase a non-antique firearm we will ship your firearm(s) to an FFL holder near your location who will then do the transfer to you. We can assist with locating an FFL in your area if needed. Long Guns maybe picked up after filling out and approval of form 4473. You may also pickup your long guns after filling out form 4473 and delivering a handgun permit or conceal permit. 4. There will be a $10 processing fee per Gun. (NO SHIPPING OF ANY AMMO!!!) 5. There will be a buyer�s premium of 18% added to the hammer price of each lot and it will be considered part of the total purchase price. All purchases will be subject to an 6.75% North Carolina sales tax unless (1) you have a Sales Tax Exemption number certificate (2) if you are a N. Carolina resident, and you possess a valid tax-exempt number. Lilly�s must have a blanket exemption certificate with permit number and signature on any tax exempt sale. No Exceptions! N.C. Gen. Stat 105-164.3(237) defines "sales price", in part, as the total amount or consideration for which an item is sold, leased, or rented" A buyer's premium charged by an auctioneer, who meets the definition of a retailer, is part of the sales price and is subject to the applicable rate of sales & use tas imposed on taxable items being sold on the internet or at public auctions. 6.
