Sales tax of 4.2% will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. Likewise the seller is responsible for the insurance on the property until the moment it is sold. County Road Auction & Sales, LLC at no point during the auction process has any insurance coverage on the property being sold and is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any kind while the items are housed on our auction lot.
