For auction is a used 2017 Exmark riding mower. The engine did not come on when tested. It is unknown what issues might be present and what kind of parts/repairs may be necessary to get it operational again. For further information, please see the attached maintenance records.

Physically, this appears to be in good condition. There does not appear to be any major damage, such as large dents, scrapes, or areas of rusting that might impede operation. There are some small issues, such as minor rust spots and scuffing near the baser of the vehicle. There is also a significant amount of leaves and debris left from prior use. The seat and footwell appear fine, and the GPS mount in the footwell also appears fine.

All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation. Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval.

We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day.
