You will be required to sign a sale contract within 24 hours of winning, with the winning bid plus buyer�s premium as the purchase price on a Non contingent cash offer contract. This contract will be non contingent. It will be cash. It is available for review prior to the auction. Please ask if you would like to read it prior to bidding! There will be a buyer's premium of 10% of final bid price. For this auction, winning bidders must place a 15% of contract price, earnest money deposit within 24 hours of auction close. (Final bid+10%= contract price) Wire information will be provided to winning bidders. For example, if the final bid is $100, the buyer's premium would be $10 for a total of $110. Final close to take place within 30 days. Final close may take place sooner if both buyer and seller agree and closing agent can prepare the closing documents in a timely manner to do so. Buyers will be responsible for any current or past taxes including this year's tax assessment once it is finalized by the county. 1. You must be registered to bid in the auction. We recommend you do this at least one day before the auction. You will have to enter credit card information into the HiBid platform in order to bid. This is for identification purposes ONLY. Neither seller nor auctioneer make any guarantee as to availability of utilities, sewer, road access or zoning for any of these lots. 8.
