Bidder will be banned from future auctions and note will be added to their profile. -- Please bring necessary tools, packing supplies and labor for loading items. -- There is a $25 fee for an alternative pickup date/time. No exceptions. We have limited space and are unable to store items. Bidding ---------- -- This is an ONLINE ONLY Auction, an item will close every 15 seconds unless a bid is placed on an item within the last two minutes. Then it will be extended an additional one minute until bidding has stopped. -- A successful bid at auction constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. -- Do not bid unless you agree to ALL of the terms and conditions posted herein. -- Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. -- Attending a preview day is encouraged to validate condition. -- Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Disputes ------------ -- Should a dispute arise between, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Delaware. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
