This is an online only US Federal Bankruptcy auction of over (100) drones, more than (50) separate sensor units, (20) plus auxiliary cameras and lenses, auxiliary charging stations, and other items from PrecisionHawk, a national drone survey company that specialized in utility inspection, long range survey, agricultural survey, etc. 

This auction will include the drone units (most with chargers, batteries, controls, and hard cases). The auction will also include some bulk charging stations and accessory packs. In addition to the drones, this auction will also include a large amount of accessory cameras, accessory sensors (including FLIR units, LIDAR, thermal, and multi-source sensor units). 

To the best of our knowledge and ability, we have separated all of the known or obviously damaged drones, incomplete units, surplus parts, empty cases, support equipment, etc. from this equipment and those items will be sold on a separate on location only auction at our CBA Warehouse facility located at 1211 W. 5th Street in Washington on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. We suggest that drone enthusiasts, industry professionals, drone repair companies, drone part companies, etc. make arrangements to attend this auction due to the large amount of items that will be sold apart from the online only drone auction. These items will be listed on our 4/3/24 auction page.

Almost all of this equipment is used and we cannot warrant or guarantee the condition of any of these items. All of the items are being sold "as is, where is". We have not and will not test the drones or equipment prior to the auction. This is a United States Federal Bankruptcy auction. All of the auction items will be available for preview and inspection at our facility located at 1211 W. 5th Street in Washington, NC beginning March 11, 2024 from 8am-4pm weekdays.

Drones can be physically inspected during the inspection periods, this includes turning on the units, "bench testing", and other tests that can be done inside. For obvious liability reasons and general safety purposes, the drone cannot be operated or flown NO EXCEPTIONS. We fully understand that unknown unit history and our inspection restrictions may limit or minimize buyers' ability to do a complete pre-purchase evaluation, Buyers bids should reflect their own confidence as to the condition or ability of each item in its auction condition. A detailed listing of the lots will be posted and updated on this website regularly.

Again, this drone auction is ONLINE ONLY, there will be no live onsite bidding. Bidding will open on April 2, 2024, and will close on April 16, 2024. Buyer will be responsible for picking up their item(s) or arranging shipment.  All items are sold "as is, where is" and in unknown condition. There are no minimum opening or reserve bid amounts. All items will be sold. Payment in full including auction price, NC sales tax, and online bidding fees is due at the close of the auction.- All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". 

- All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not waranteed or guaranteed.

- Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

- 6.75% NC Sales Tax will be charged to all bidders unless they provide a resale certificate.

- A 5 % Buyer's premium rate charged on all items.

- Payment in full at close of auction by wire transfers or credit/debit cards. A 3% convenience fee will be charged for VISA and MASTERCARD, a 5% convenience fee will be charged for AMEX. Customers picking up auction items in person before April 19, 2024 can contact the auction company at the close of the auction and pay with check at time of pickup.

- All items must be picked up or have shipping arranged by April 30, 2024. We are open Mondays - Thursdays 8am - 4pm and Fridays 8am - 2pm. We are not open on weekends.

- Buyer is responsible for all shipping. We have prefereed shippers for small individual items (Post Code Junction) as well as bulk shipping options (Superior Logistics Group, LLC) that we work with that will be glad to assist you with your packaging and shipping needs or you can use your own shipping source if you are not picking up the item(s) yourself.

- Country Boys Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion.

- Any court disputes will be handled by The Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of North Carolina or Beaufort County State Court of North Carolina.

- We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
