The buyer will receive an Invoice from Land Home and Auction Team VIA the email the buyer provides to Hibid and AuctionTime at the time of registration. Buyer agrees to pay by electronic check, Credit Card, Certified Check or Bank Wire Transfer. A 5 business day clearing is required on all E-Pay checks. All Credit Card transactions will be charged an additional 3.5% transaction fee. All incoming Bank Wire Transfers will incur an additional $15.00 fee.
