VERY IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. ONCE YOU BID, YOU WILL BE BOUND LEGALLY BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND RULES THAT ARE STATED HERE
Pick Up is Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If you have a conflict with this date or timeframe please contact auction company prior to close of auction at 513-320-2277.
** ALL OF OUR ONLINE AUCTIONS FEATURE BOTH A MAX BID OPTION AS WELL AS A SOFT CLOSE.
"STAGGERED ENDING" Lots will begin closing at the designated time. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot.
"A MAX BID" may be placed on any item and the computer will bid on your behalf, thus eliminating the need to "babysit" your bids. This option is highly recommended, so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason. "THE SOFT CLOSE" feature which means any bid received in the final minutes of the auction will auto extend bidding on that item or lot by 1 minute thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid.
**Before bidding be sure to have plenty of assistance at the designated time and location to remove your items. You are responsible to furnish all labor and packaging materials. Any damage to the property by your removal must be repaired by you or a licensed contractor.
** Any items remaining after the designated pick-up time and without communication from purchaser to schedule pick up time will be forfeited.
** Buyers Premium: 15%
** Sales Tax: No Sales tax for this auction
** Payment: Your credit card on file will be charged for your total purchases including any buyer's premium or stated additional fees at the end of the action usually within one hour after close of the entire auction. You can update your CC under "PROFILE" on the website dashboard.
A paid invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. This will contain the pick-up information. If you do not receive an Invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE" "INVOICES" You MUST present a paid invoice before you can remove your items. You as the buyer are responsible for keeping your credit card on file and up to date.
No item will be released or transferred until payment has posted to our account. No charge backs are allowed.
