3. Sales tax will be added to purchases unless a re-sale certificate is provided.
4. A cleaning deposit is required from the winning bidder for each unit purchased. Units must be completely emptied, all items removed & broom swept clean within 3 (three) days.
All items are subject to prior redemption. Seller reserves the right to withdraw property from sale. Announcements from Troy Scalco Auction Service and otherwise, at sale time supersede all other postings and announcements.
