Highlighted furniture pieces include a console table in the style of Wharton Esherick with an organic pedestal base and backsplash, Victorian and Shaker rush seat chairs, a secretary bookcase with pigeonhole compartments, a diminutive 18th century Chippendale mahogany bachelor's chest, and more. Seating ranges from Windsor and ladder back dining chairs to a bowed back Hickory Kay Lyn sofa and matching armchairs.

The art and décor category comprises various mediums, from oil paintings and watercolors to etchings and prints. Some notable pieces are a pastoral landscape attributed to Martin Johnson Heade and other potential American Impressionist works, Asian ink drawings and watercolors, and Pennsylvania regional art. Additional accent pieces include Chinese export rose medallion porcelain, Dresden figures, Roycroft lamps, papier mâché trays, Toby mugs, and a grouping of scrimshaw.

An extensive book collection numbers several hundred volumes, spanning many genres—highlights being multiple signed James Michener first edition novels. The dishware and glassware collection exhibits brands like Wedgwood, Spode, Baccarat, Lalique, Meissen, Limoges, Royal Doulton and others. American art pottery is also well-represented by selections of Rookwood, Roseville, Weller, and Fulper vases and vessels.

This auction presents collectors, designers, and antique aficionados a rare opportunity to purchase difficult-to-find vintage and antique decorative arts, dishware, furniture, books, and pottery steeped in rich cultural history. Most items date from the 18th to early 20th century. Condition varies from excellent to poor, with both restoration pieces and damage noted.

Bid online now through Monday, February 12th. This auction will begin closing at 8:00 PM at a rate of 5 lots per minute.
