STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 4:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location in the auction listing. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangments are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials & moving equipment. Owner is downsizing into assisted living and selling items that are no longer needed. As he is a close family friend, we will work with you on the pick up times if needed. There will be some overlap on the auction closing the day before, but we will work it out as needed. We anticipate pick up from 1PM to 4PM on Saturday, January 27th and 10AM to 1PM on Sunday, January 28th.
