And I hereby give notice that I will sell on the premises, on:

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024 AT 11:00 AM

Samuel Cogen, Sheriff 

TERMS: A deposit of $20,000.00 in cash or certified funds at time and place of sale.  The judgment creditor, if a bidder, shall not be required to post a deposit. Balance due in 30 days. In the event the purchaser(s) fails to go to settlement as required, the deposit shall be forfeited and the Property may be resold at the risk and expense of the purchaser.
