PAYMENT: Due to the higher value of the items in this auction, payment terms will be via wire transfer or cash ONLY. 15% buyer's premium applies to all purchases. All items are sold "As Is", with no guarantee or warranty. Bidder agrees not to attempt a wire transfer cancellation or any other form of payment cancellation. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. We do not guarantee condition or grading on any items. Please check the information on shipping. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 4:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location in the auction listing. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangments are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials & moving equipment. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibilty of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. We do not grade coins, nor do we guarantee any sort of grading.
