Gallivan, Inc. and ALT Construction prior to operating on site. Electric disconnects can be taken to the first junction box. Electrical disconnections require a Certificate of Insurance. Duct work is to be taken to first joint. the remaining duct will be sold with air dust collector. Any item that has an exhaust duct, or any item that leaves an open hole on the building upon removal must be properly capped. Everything sells �As Is/Where Is�. Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify the condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer says �Sold,� the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
