They have hired Auction Boulevard to catalog the auction, place items online for bid, and to manage the pickup of items sold, only. All payments will be made to Cheyenne Industrial and Automotive Repair, not Auction Boulevard.
Buyer�s Premium: There is a 13% buyer�s premium for this auction. If you wish to pay with cash or cashier�s check, there will be a cash discount of 3%.
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval
Payment Instructions: We will send you an invoice after the auction closes. Payment will be made when picking up your items. All unpaid invoices will be auto charged at the close of business Saturday, November 11, 2023.
Payment Options: Cash, Cashier�s Check, Visa, and MasterCard. All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping Instructions: - Cheyenne Industrial and Automotive Repair, or the Auction Company, will NOT ship any item. You will be responsible to pick up all items you purchased on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 9am to 4pm. All items will be picked up at 2322 Reed Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. DO NOT BID if you cannot pick up your items at the scheduled pick-up times. If you cannot pick up the items you won at the auction, you may send someone in your place. Please provide them with written permission to pick up your items. You/they will also need to provide payment prior to removing any items.
Preview Date & Times: Preview will take place on Wednesday, November 8th, from 10am to 4pm.
Checkout Date & Times: Pickup of all items will take place on Saturday, November 11th, from 9am to 4pm. at 2322 Reed Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
Driving Directions: From I-25 take the Lincolnway Exit and go East to Snyder Ave. Go North on Snyder Ave to 23rd St. Turn right (east) on 23rd St for one block to Reed Ave. Turn left (north) on Reed Ave and the Shop is on the left.
Special Terms
WITHDRAWAL. Cheyenne Industrial and Automotive Repair reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction prior to sale.
PROTESTS and DISPUTES. Cheyenne Industrial and Automotive Repair reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. Auction Company records will be deemed conclusive in all respect in the event there is any dispute after the sale.
GUARANTEE. Auction Company has put forth every effort to make accurate description of the items. We try very hard to provide you with the most accurate information, however, we are not experts in all things and do not guarantee that all descriptions are accurate - We strongly recommend that you closely inspect all items before you bid. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold 'AS IS WHERE IS'. You are responsible for your own inspection during inspection periods. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, a bid is a legal binding contract between you and Cheyenne Industrial and Automotive Repair. Cheyenne Industrial and Automotive Repair reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.

It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
