BUYERS PREMIUM: 10% buyers premium applied to all winning internet bidders as well as offsite bidders utilizing our Absentee Bidder Form found on our website.
PAYMENT: Winning internet bidders will be contacted by Leist Auctioneers at the conclusion of the auction to arrange payment. Payment may be made by check or cash at pick-up, credit card over the phone, or wire transfer on Monday, May 8. Payment must be received before items can be removed.
INSPECTION: items can be inspected at our sale yard between 10am and 6pm May 1-May 4. Inspecrtion will be extended to 7pm on May 5.
PICK-UP: winning bidders must make arrangements with Leist Auctioneers regarding item pick-up and load out. We have loaders and staff to assist with larger items but appointments must be made.
SHIPPING: We cannot ship any items. Buyers must arrange for transport if needed.
AS-IS: Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for statements made by sellers. We have listed items based on what we were informed by the seller, what we have observed, and what we believe to be correct. Bi-Annual Equipment auction hosted by Leist Auctioneers and held at Northern Michigan Livestock yard in Gaylord. This auction consistently features vehicles from Great Lakes Energy Co-Op, Farm Estates including haying equipment, tractors, loaders, tillage, Lawn & Garden items, construction, equipment trailers and much more.

Tandem two wheel drive 123 2017 Calico 24ft Gooseneck Stock Trailer This trailer has 3 cut gates and extra support beams in the floor along with a new spare tire. 124 Loadmax Gooseneck Trailer This trailer appears to be good condition. Has 8,000 lb axles and tool boxes mounted to front. 127 12 ft Scoop Dogg Snow Box Nice snow box appears to be in really good condition. Its powder coated and hooks up with chains on a bucket with a cutting edge. This snow box would be a real time saver. 128 Allis Chalmers 8050 MFWA, C/A/H tractor consigned from the Coors Farm Estate. Nice running tractor that was generally stored inside. Appears to start, run and operate as normal. 3,165 hours. Set of dual tires included with this tractor. 129 John Deere 2955 Good running tractor. Appears to start, run and operate as normal with over 3,100 hours on it. 130 Kubota Compact Loader Tractor hydrostatic trans, 4x4, 600 hours, nice running tractor 130 John Deere 2440 loader tractor shows 3500 hours, starts and runs, has some cosmetic issues but seems to operate as it should 130 Ford 2120 Compact Loader Tractor FWA, 1744 hours, from a local estate, we did not make it run but the family said it ran when parked. needs a new front tire and/or tube 133 Massey Ferguson 245 Diesel Nice tractor. Starts right up and appears to run and operate as it should. Has 1034 hours. 134 Massey Ferguson 285 Diesel with loader Good running tractor. Needs battery but will run and operate as normal. Tractor is really straight...loader has a poor paint job and a leaky cylinder 134 Ford 9N sharp looking tractor, drove it in. Good rubber 139 Gehl 4625 Skid Steer 6365 hours, seems to run and operate as normal. Local owner, drove it off the trailer. 141 12ft Offset Disc Everything on this disc appears to be in good working condition. |
