$25,000 earnest money down payment day of auction. Balance due on or before March 1, 2023. General Terms of Auction Sale. This property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties expressed or implied. All dimensions and descriptions are approximate and while believed to be correct are not guaranteed. Each bidder is solely responsible for evaluation of the property and shall not rely on the owner, Orr Auctioneers Inc. nor any of its employees. All potential bidders must register with Orr Auctioneers Inc. prior to the bidding portion of this Online Only Real Estate Auction.
