Asset Marketing Pros, LLC (AMP) Terms & Conditions of the Auction - Please read carefully, as not all auctions are the same. Accepting a bid card, registering to bid, or bidding on a lot at our auctions constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the following terms and conditions. THIS AUCTION IS AN INTERNET AUCTION ** When the auction ends, each winning bidder will receive an email and text message requesting you to choose PICKUP or SHIPPING for your item(s) from Shipping Saint ** Please respond to it. 1. TERMS: Bidding on any lot, regardless of how the bid is presented by the bidder, in person, by absentee, by agent, online, or by phone, indicates the buyer's agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to hold harmless the Auctioneer or Associates for any internet or electronic failures. No bids may be canceled or retracted. All bids received are final. The auctioneer will not be held responsible for failing to execute a bid. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at the time and date stated. During the lot closing, bids will automatically extend an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes on the lot's timer and will continue to do so until the timer runs out. So it works like a live auction with each bidder a chance to bid again. SERVER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES: If there are technical issues related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Asset Marketing Pros, LLD reserves the right to extend bidding continue bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Asset Marketing Pros, LLC shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The auction company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event or make changes to the auction closing times, inspection, or removal times. AMP will email all registered bidders with updated information deemed necessary. 2. BUYERS PREMIUM 13%. Buyers will receive an invoice for the lot's final bid price, + 13% plus applicable sales tax. EXAMPLE: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $113.00 at checkout plus the applicable sales tax. 3. REGISTRATION: Online bidders register for an auction with a valid credit card. You select a credit card to pay with when registering for the auction. The registration system will verify credit cards to prevent credit card theft. The system will charge your card $1, then refund it within a few days. 4. INVOICING / PAYMENTS: Asset Marketing Pros, LLC will email you an UNPAID invoice after the auction closes. Shipping Saint will send an email and a text requesting you to choose to Pick Up or Shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for online purchases up to $3000.00 per invoice. Bank Wire Transfer must pay invoices over $3000.00. Asset Marketing Pros WILL NOT accept credit cards over the phone. We accept personal checks with proper identification and cash payments if you pick them up in person. Payments made in cash WITHIN TWO days of the auction receive a 3% CASH DISCOUNT. Checks are not cash payments and do not receive a discount. SALES TAX: AMP will add Texas Sales and Use Tax of 8.25% to all invoices with a Texas address. Email the completed tax exempt form to: contact@amp-tag.com if your items are tax exempt; otherwise, the tax will be collected and sent to the Texas Comptrollers Office. All nonpaid invoices will have the bidder banned from future auctions. 5. SHIPPING: We have signed up with Shipping Saint to streamline the payment or pickup process and save on shipping costs for our customers. Once we receive notice that you require shipping for your items, they will move into our shipping department here at AMP. Packing and shipping will begin within 1 to 3 days, so watch Shipping Saint notice that shipping is ready for payment. Once you have paid your invoice and shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, insurance, and packing or loading items. It is standard practice to combine items won from the same auction into one box for shipping if it ships safely. AMP Ships items via USPS, FEDEX, OR UPS (whichever is the best). AMP will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property once it leaves our shipping department. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES: Firearms are ONLY shipped to your local FFL Dealer for transfer after they have conducted a background check. Check with your FFL to determine their transfer fees. If you cannot pass a background check at your local FFL, there will be a restocking fee of $25 per lot, and you will still be responsible for paying the buyer's premium and shipping the firearm back to AMP. We only ship UPS for ammo. AMP does not ship ammunition or gunpowder, or black powder to buyers in California. 6. PICKUP: The buyer's responsibility is to remove the purchased property from the auction facility within two days of the end of the auction. The buyer assumes responsibility for removing purchased items. If the buyer fails to pick up or remove property within 60 days, the items become the property of Asset Marketing Pros, LLC, and the buyer forfeits the monies. Failure to pick up your items will result in storage fees. There will be a restocking fee of $25 per lot, and you will still be responsible for paying the buyer's premium. 7. FIREARMS: Asset Marketing Pros, LLC is a Federal Licensed Firearms Facility. As such, all documents and background checks will affect this and all auctions of firearms. It is necessary to provide your identification (establish identity, place of residence, physical address, and age of the buyer.) to complete the ATF Form 4473. Acceptable identification includes a Current Texas Driver's License, Texas License to Carry a Handgun, and Texas State Identification Card. Texas License to Carry Handgun holders are exempt from the background check but must complete Form 4473 and have LTC & Driver's License in hand. The buyer agrees to have any used firearm checked by a certified gunsmith before firing. The buyer assumes all legality, liability, and responsibility for the purchased firearm's condition, use & security/storage. The buyer certifies by purchasing a gun that they are legally qualified to buy and own the firearm. No state or local laws prevent ownership, and the owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The buyer understands that all guns are potentially dangerous. We have no established testing facility and assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold. The buyer will have a qualified gunsmith verify the safe working order of firearms purchased from Asset Marketing Pros, LLC. The buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Please check with your state's FFL / gun transfer dealer on age and other gun ownership requirements. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes all liability and responsibility, including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm. 8. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS: All items sold to the highest bidder, no refund, returns, or exchanges, and with all faults. THE AUCTIONEER AND SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Asset Marketing Pros, LLC (AMP) Terms & Conditions of the Auction - Please read carefully, as not all auctions are the same. Accepting a bid card, registering to bid, or bidding on a lot at our auctions constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the following terms and conditions. THIS AUCTION IS AN INTERNET AUCTION ** When the auction ends, each winning bidder will receive an email and text message requesting you to choose PICKUP or SHIPPING for your item(s) from Shipping Saint ** Please respond to it. 1. TERMS: Bidding on any lot, regardless of how the bid is presented by the bidder, in person, by absentee, by agent, online, or by phone, indicates the buyer's agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to hold harmless the Auctioneer or Associates for any internet or electronic failures. No bids may be canceled or retracted. All bids received are final. The auctioneer will not be held responsible for failing to execute a bid. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at the time and date stated. During the lot closing, bids will automatically extend an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes on the lot's timer and will continue to do so until the timer runs out. So it works like a live auction with each bidder a chance to bid again. SERVER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES: If there are technical issues related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Asset Marketing Pros, LLD reserves the right to extend bidding continue bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Asset Marketing Pros, LLC shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The auction company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event or make changes to the auction closing times, inspection, or removal times. AMP will email all registered bidders with updated information deemed necessary. 2. BUYERS PREMIUM 13%. Buyers will receive an invoice for the lot's final bid price, + 13% plus applicable sales tax. EXAMPLE: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $113.00 at checkout plus the applicable sales tax. 3. REGISTRATION: Online bidders register for an auction with a valid credit card. You select a credit card to pay with when registering for the auction. The registration system will verify credit cards to prevent credit card theft. The system will charge your card $1, then refund it within a few days. 4. INVOICING / PAYMENTS: Asset Marketing Pros, LLC will email you an UNPAID invoice after the auction closes. Shipping Saint will send an email and a text requesting you to choose to Pick Up or Shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for online purchases up to $3000.00 per invoice. Bank Wire Transfer must pay invoices over $3000.00. Asset Marketing Pros WILL NOT accept credit cards over the phone. We accept personal checks with proper identification and cash payments if you pick them up in person. Payments made in cash WITHIN TWO days of the auction receive a 3% CASH DISCOUNT. Checks are not cash payments and do not receive a discount. SALES TAX: AMP will add Texas Sales and Use Tax of 8.25% to all invoices with a Texas address. Email the completed tax exempt form to: contact@amp-tag.com if your items are tax exempt; otherwise, the tax will be collected and sent to the Texas Comptrollers Office. All nonpaid invoices will have the bidder banned from future auctions. 5. SHIPPING: We have signed up with Shipping Saint to streamline the payment or pickup process and save on shipping costs for our customers. Once we receive notice that you require shipping for your items, they will move into our shipping department here at AMP. Packing and shipping will begin within 1 to 3 days, so watch Shipping Saint notice that shipping is ready for payment. Once you have paid your invoice and shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, insurance, and packing or loading items. It is standard practice to combine items won from the same auction into one box for shipping if it ships safely. AMP Ships items via USPS, FEDEX, OR UPS (whichever is the best). AMP will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property once it leaves our shipping department. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES: Firearms are ONLY shipped to your local FFL Dealer for transfer after they have conducted a background check. Check with your FFL to determine their transfer fees. If you cannot pass a background check at your local FFL, there will be a restocking fee of $25 per lot, and you will still be responsible for paying the buyer's premium and shipping the firearm back to AMP. We only ship UPS for ammo. AMP does not ship ammunition or gunpowder, or black powder to buyers in California. 6. PICKUP: The buyer's responsibility is to remove the purchased property from the auction facility within two days of the end of the auction. The buyer assumes responsibility for removing purchased items. If the buyer fails to pick up or remove property within 60 days, the items become the property of Asset Marketing Pros, LLC, and the buyer forfeits the monies. Failure to pick up your items will result in storage fees. There will be a restocking fee of $25 per lot, and you will still be responsible for paying the buyer's premium. 7. FIREARMS: Asset Marketing Pros, LLC is a Federal Licensed Firearms Facility. As such, all documents and background checks will affect this and all auctions of firearms. It is necessary to provide your identification (establish identity, place of residence, physical address, and age of the buyer.) to complete the ATF Form 4473. Acceptable identification includes a Current Texas Driver's License, Texas License to Carry a Handgun, and Texas State Identification Card. Texas License to Carry Handgun holders are exempt from the background check but must complete Form 4473 and have LTC & Driver's License in hand. The buyer agrees to have any used firearm checked by a certified gunsmith before firing. The buyer assumes all legality, liability, and responsibility for the purchased firearm's condition, use & security/storage. The buyer certifies by purchasing a gun that they are legally qualified to buy and own the firearm. No state or local laws prevent ownership, and the owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The buyer understands that all guns are potentially dangerous. We have no established testing facility and assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold. The buyer will have a qualified gunsmith verify the safe working order of firearms purchased from Asset Marketing Pros, LLC. The buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Please check with your state's FFL / gun transfer dealer on age and other gun ownership requirements. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes all liability and responsibility, including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm. 8. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS: All items sold to the highest bidder, no refund, returns, or exchanges, and with all faults. Accepting a bid card, registering to bid, or bidding on a lot at our auctions constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the following terms and conditions. THIS AUCTION IS AN INTERNET AUCTION ** When the auction ends, each winning bidder will receive an email and text message requesting you to choose PICKUP or SHIPPING for your item(s) from Shipping Saint ** Please respond to it. 1. TERMS: Bidding on any lot, regardless of how the bid is presented by the bidder, in person, by absentee, by agent, online, or by phone, indicates the buyer's agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to hold harmless the Auctioneer or Associates for any internet or electronic failures. No bids may be canceled or retracted. All bids received are final. The auctioneer will not be held responsible for failing to execute a bid. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at the time and date stated. During the lot closing, bids will automatically extend an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes on the lot's timer and will continue to do so until the timer runs out. So it works like a live auction with each bidder a chance to bid again. SERVER AND TECHNICAL ISSUES: If there are technical issues related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Asset Marketing Pros, LLD reserves the right to extend bidding continue bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Asset Marketing Pros, LLC shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The auction company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event or make changes to the auction closing times, inspection, or removal times. AMP will email all registered bidders with updated information deemed necessary. 2. BUYERS PREMIUM 13%. Buyers will receive an invoice for the lot's final bid price, + 13% plus applicable sales tax. EXAMPLE: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $113.00 at checkout plus the applicable sales tax. 3. REGISTRATION: Online bidders register for an auction with a valid credit card. You select a credit card to pay with when registering for the auction. The registration system will verify credit cards to prevent credit card theft. The system will charge your card $1, then refund it within a few days. 4. INVOICING / PAYMENTS: Asset Marketing Pros, LLC will email you an UNPAID invoice after the auction closes. Shipping Saint will send an email and a text requesting you to choose to Pick Up or Shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for online purchases up to $3000.00 per invoice. Bank Wire Transfer must pay invoices over $3000.00. Asset Marketing Pros WILL NOT accept credit cards over the phone. We accept personal checks with proper identification and cash payments if you pick them up in person. Payments made in cash WITHIN TWO days of the auction receive a 3% CASH DISCOUNT. Checks are not cash payments and do not receive a discount. SALES TAX: AMP will add Texas Sales and Use Tax of 8.25% to all invoices with a Texas address. Email the completed tax exempt form to: contact@amp-tag.com if your items are tax exempt; otherwise, the tax will be collected and sent to the Texas Comptrollers Office. All nonpaid invoices will have the bidder banned from future auctions. 5. SHIPPING: We have signed up with Shipping Saint to streamline the payment or pickup process and save on shipping costs for our customers. Once we receive notice that you require shipping for your items, they will move into our shipping department here at AMP. Packing and shipping will begin within 1 to 3 days, so watch Shipping Saint notice that shipping is ready for payment. Once you have paid your invoice and shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, insurance, and packing or loading items. It is standard practice to combine items won from the same auction into one box for shipping if it ships safely. AMP Ships items via USPS, FEDEX, OR UPS (whichever is the best). AMP will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property once it leaves our shipping department. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES: Firearms are ONLY shipped to your local FFL Dealer for transfer after they have conducted a background check. Check with your FFL to determine their transfer fees. If you cannot pass a background check at your local FFL, there will be a restocking fee of $25 per lot, and you will still be responsible for paying the buyer's premium and shipping the firearm back to AMP. We only ship UPS for ammo. AMP does not ship ammunition or gunpowder, or black powder to buyers in California. 6. PICKUP: The buyer's responsibility is to remove the purchased property from the auction facility within two days of the end of the auction. The buyer assumes responsibility for removing purchased items. If the buyer fails to pick up or remove property within 60 days, the items become the property of Asset Marketing Pros, LLC, and the buyer forfeits the monies. Failure to pick up your items will result in storage fees. There will be a restocking fee of $25 per lot, and you will still be responsible for paying the buyer's premium. 7. FIREARMS: Asset Marketing Pros, LLC is a Federal Licensed Firearms Facility. As such, all documents and background checks will affect this and all auctions of firearms. It is necessary to provide your identification (establish identity, place of residence, physical address, and age of the buyer.) to complete the ATF Form 4473. Acceptable identification includes a Current Texas Driver's License, Texas License to Carry a Handgun, and Texas State Identification Card. Texas License to Carry Handgun holders are exempt from the background check but must complete Form 4473 and have LTC & Driver's License in hand. The buyer agrees to have any used firearm checked by a certified gunsmith before firing. The buyer assumes all legality, liability, and responsibility for the purchased firearm's condition, use & security/storage. The buyer certifies by purchasing a gun that they are legally qualified to buy and own the firearm. No state or local laws prevent ownership, and the owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The buyer understands that all guns are potentially dangerous. We have no established testing facility and assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold. The buyer will have a qualified gunsmith verify the safe working order of firearms purchased from Asset Marketing Pros, LLC. The buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Please check with your state's FFL / gun transfer dealer on age and other gun ownership requirements. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes all liability and responsibility, including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm. 8. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS: All items sold to the highest bidder, no refund, returns, or exchanges, and with all faults.
