TERMS: Real Estate: Non-refundable 10% down within 48 hrs. of auction ending via cash, good check or wire transfer & close on or before 45 days. No contingencies - If you can't close don't bid. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to determine final sales price. Personal Property: Accepted methods of payment are cash, local check, wire transfer, cashier's check OR Visa, MasterCard or Discover with a 3% processing fee in person (minimum processing fee of $3). All purchases that have not been paid by Friday November 4th at 5 P.M. CDT will automatically be charged to the credit card used at registration, with a 4% processing fee (minimum processing fee of $3).
NOTE: Real Estate is selling subject to any of the trade fixtures and/or equipment that are listed separately in the auction OR owned by tenant being removed from the property. Fixtures and/or equipment are to be removed by Dec 1st, 2022.

When similar items are linked, if bidding is extended on one item in the group, it extends the bidding times on other items in that group.
PICK UP / REMOVAL: All Equipment / items must be paid for on Friday, Nov 4th from 12 to 4 PM CDT by appointment through signupgenius at the auction site. Removal of all items will be that day EXCEPT for the milling equipment, grain bins & feed bins which will have to be removed on or before Dec 1st. Removal will be the buyer's own risk & responsibility at a scheduled time.
Golden Rule Wilson, absolutely DOES NOT provide shipping, items to be picked up on location. Removal of items, moving, packaging, loading, transporting, etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please bring help for heavier items. All purchased items must be removed by the deadline stated above
