Online Only Terms & Conditions Payment Instructions: For invoices totaling less than $2,000 we will automatically charge your credit card on file with Proxibid. Your card will be charged a second time once shipping has been established – usually 1-3 days after the auction. Invoices totaling more than $2,000 will need to be settled with a wire transfer, cashier’s check drawn on a U.S. bank, a Post Office money order or a personal check which will be held until funds have cleared. No exceptions! Wire transfer information will be sent with your invoice after the auction closes. Shipping Instructions: Andreas & Associates utilizes USPS for shipping and all abides by all federal guidelines . We charge a small handling fee ($3.00) for moving/packing and shipping your items to you since we have to pay our staff to do so on your behalf. USPS PRIORITY MAIL seems to be the most economical. We do our very best to pack all items securely and proper, full insurance will be placed on the item (s). Andreas & Associates shall not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Note that oversized items like framed pictures or other large items will significantly impact shipping costs, so please take that into consideration while you are bidding.
