Write Sealed Bid for Free Methodist Auction. Seal the envelope shut. Bids must be RECEIVED at the Four Seasons Realtors Office, 1020 N. Main, McPherson, KS before 5 PM Wednesday, July 24. You may place envelopes through the slot in the front door if no one is at the office. We strongly suggest personally delivering bids or using overnight services as we WILL NOT accept bids that arrive after the deadline even if they are postmarked before the deadline

Hard Bids: All bids are hard bids. If you have the winning bid you will be responsible for the full amount bid regardless as to what the next highest bid was.

Reserve: The seller reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.

Notification: The winning bid will be announced at the Clyde & Susan Melton auction, 1046 Countryside, McPherson, KS. Thursday July 25^th right after their Real Estate and vehicles sell (about 6:20 PM). Full payment is due at closing by 5 PM the day after the winning bid is announced. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to contract in the state of Kansas.
