Auction Terms & Conditions:
1. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
2. This is an internet only auction. All bidding is online. The bidding for this auction will close on Thursday, June 23rd, 2022 at 7:00pm. Lots will close approximately every 20 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page.

4. Pickup of your winning purchases will be Friday, June 24th from 12:00pm-6:00pm at 6877 Wertzville Road, Enola, PA 17025. An email will be sent to each winning bidder including an invoice. Please bring a copy of your invoice to the pickup.

17. Buyers should bring boxes, packing material, or extra labor (if you purchased furniture, appliances, etc. bring enough people to remove your items) to pack and load their purchases.
