Auction End Time: Our on line auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. There is also an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of an auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction item scheduled to close at 6:00 pm receives a bid at 5:58 pm, the close time will automatically extend to 6:03 pm. Once the invoice has been paid, buyer are to contact Custom Promotional Products at 859-734-5222 to make arrangements for packaging and shipping. Custom Promotional Products may be closed on Saturday through Tuesday of each week. Pickup/Payment Info: PAY AT PICKUP - Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check or personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (with a 3% processing fee ($3 minimum) or wire transfer. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All purchases that have not been paid by the close of the pick-up deadline will be charged to the credit card used at registration, with a 3% processing fee (minimum processing fee of $3). Any items not removed by the deadline will, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. Item Transportation: The auction company must be notified via phone or email of any items that cannot be picked up on an auction pickup day. The auction company may not be able to accommodate alternate pickup dates and times. Alternate pickup times may be subject to additional fees to the buyer. Sales Tax: A Kentucky sales tax of six percent (6%) will be added to the purchase. The sales tax will be applied to final bid price plus the buyer's premium(10%).
