Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. All items must be paid for prior to being shipped or picked up in person. Items not picked up by 6pm MST on June 21, 2019 will incur a storage fee of $10 per day per item in addition to hammer price plus buyer's premium. If for any reason the Buyer, after making payment for items, fails to remove any of the merchandise purchased by 6pm MST on June 28, 2019, items will be considered abandoned and Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC will have sole possession of any and all items. * If for any reason, the auctioneer is unable to deliver any lot, or any necessary documentation required in respect to any lot, the auctioneer's sole liability, if any shall be the return of any monies paid on such lot. Shipping, Handling, & Insurance: BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for all shipping, handling, & insurance costs, plus a handling fee of $3 USD per item. Shipping is available only to residents of the USA. We use small, medium, and large USPS Flat Rate Shipping boxes. These boxes come with $50 insurance. If your purchase is valued at more than $50, we strongly suggest Buyer purchase extra insurance. Buyer must request & pay for extra insurance. Buyer pays all shipping, handling, & insurance costs, plus a handling fee of $3.00 USD per item. We make every effort to combine several smaller items into one package when able to help lower your shipping costs. Heavy and/or fragile items that need to be shipped separately will incur extra shipping charges. Invoices & Payment Methods: Invoices will be emailed via Square POS. We accept cash (for local pickup only). Debit or credit card accepted via Square POS. Soft Close: Lots are scheduled to close in 10 (Ten) second intervals starting at 6:00pm MST. If you are outbid on a lot in the last two minutes of the auction, the bidding time will extend for an additional 2 minutes on that lot. This allows you time to place another bid if so desired.
