Payment must be made within 24 hours of close of sale. Title transfers will be conducted through the City Clerks office by appointment. With the exception stated above, Auction sales are strictly for Credit Card, or Debit Card, the winning bidders' card will be charged at the close of the auction. All sales are final at the close of the auction. All items purchased by the successful bidder must be paid for on close of sale. Items purchased must be removed on the specified day of pick up by appointment time unless other arrangements have been made. The highest bidder will prevail. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith, bids which appear to be fraudulent, or bidders who have established a negative reputation through Hi-Bid or other sites/auction houses. Should any disputes arise between bidders the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgement as to the successful bidder will be final. All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only and there are no presales. The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog, advertising or on the part of the bidder. Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All Dealers filing for Tax Exempt Status must provide a valid sales tax number upon registration and fill out a Texas Resale Certificate prior to bidding Auctioneer reserves the right to bid. No shipping, local pickup only. Unless otherwise stated, Pickup will be limited to "assist" only. We will not package or ship, however, we will accommodate you in shipping arrangements. Any item not picked up within the pickup time fame will incur a $10 per day storage charge. Items not picked up within seven days after being in storage will be considered forfeited. The seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as other methods or requirements for removal and transport of the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
