Auctioneer reserves right to (1) revoke bidding privileges from any bidder, (2) regroup, add to or withdraw from any lot, (3) rearrange selling order, (4) reopen bidding for any reason and (5) disqualify, refuse or reject any bid for any reason. *Item Values Are Estimates. The value is not a guarantee of the objects value or worth (of any kind). *Auction Center Holds No Liability. Once an item has been sold to the winning bidder, OTB ceases holding any liability over item(s). *Items May Be Removed From Bidding. Items may be listed in catalog for sale, but OTB reserves the right to remove items at any time during auction. *Auctioneer Has Final Say. All disputes over matters related to bidding are referred to the auctioneer for final say. * 15% Buyer's Premium is assigned to each sale * An additional 4% Convenience Fee on debit/credit card payments * Cash or Credit Cards are accepted at time of pick-up (no checks). * Items must be removed by Sunday following auction. Absentee bidding is done online and closes at 4pm PST February 22nd. Absentee bids from online will then be taken into our live auction which begins 6:30pm PST at OTB facility in Gresham, OR. LOCAL BIDDERS ONLY. Pick up times are Sat 23rd & Sun 24th 10am-12pm PST. All items must be paid for & picked up by Sunday following auction. We DO NOT ship items at this time.
