NOTICE TO: Potential bidders at auction of assets of BLACK ROK ALE HOUSE which is to be conducted on WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 19, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. One of the assets being sold at today's auction is the right to transfer a restaurant liquor license (R-10906 LID#68141). This license was issued in the name of CCD PUB & GRILL LLC. CHARLES TAYLOR MEMBER, CORD TAYLOR MANAGER-MEMBER, DONNA TAYLOR MEMBER for use at the premises at  6026 State Route 30 Greensburg PA 15601 which premises is part of this auction. The granting of a liquor license is a privilege and is based upon the discretion of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board following an appropriate investigation of the applicant and premises to be licensed. Neither the seller of the asset nor the auctioneer can warrant or guarantee that either the buyer or the proposed location chosen for the use of the license will be acceptable to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and the purchasers shall be exclusively responsible for the transfer of the license to the successful bidder and the location chosen by the successful bidder. Although the premises being auctioned off with this license is currently licensed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, neither the seller nor the auctioneer in any way warrant or guarantee that the premises will be approved for use as a restaurant/tavern by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP, WESTMORELAND CO. the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, and/or the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The successful bidder is exclusively responsible for procuring all licenses, permits, and approvals required by law for the transfer and use of this license at this or any other chosen premises. Neither seller nor auctioneer can warrant the success of the successful bidder in the transfer of this license locally or inter-municipally. The successful bidder shall thereafter be solely responsible for the application for and transfer of the restaurant liquor license. I have read this notification and acknowledge that any bid made by me today, December 19, 2018, for the purchase of the liquor license is based upon the information contained herein.

A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the successful bid price and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. Liquor License to be paid in full day of auction. Owner’s Reserve the Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Bids On the Liquor License.
