Motor Vehicle / Title Requirements Titles will be sent within 10 (ten) business days after item(s) is removed from the yard. Buyer will be subject to either a $45.00 Documentation Fee or $200.00 Tax, Title, and Licensing (TT&L) and Documentation Fee, will be applied to each motor vehicle or titled lot, unless otherwise noted. SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING TITLED ITEMS: Notice to State Buyers Purchasing Titled Items Texas Buyers of Vehicles (whether from out-of-state, a non-emissions compliant county or otherwise) who are registering their vehicle are responsible to provide Beazley Auctioneers proof of valid Vehicle Inspection Report prior to Beazley Auctioneers processing the registration and titling of your purchase. Applicable vehicles are under 11,000 lbs. GVW and gasoline engines. Texas Buyers purchasing trailers with out-of-state titles will also be required to furnish a certified empty slip. All buyers purchasing titled items are asked to see a Beazley Auctioneers representative in the office to complete all government-required paper work prior to leaving the auction site.
