Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids due to power outage, Internet outage, natural disaster, or any reason that may negatively affect the ability for a majority of our bidders to place bids or for us to capably conduct the auction in a way that is fair to everyone including buyers and sellers. By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction without exception. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Thursday May 16th @ 7:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times. If items are not picked up and paid for by 7:00pm Thursday May 16th then the card you have on file will be automatically charged for the total invoice amount due and items will be considered abandoned. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged.
